Calculate circle of waypoints around starting point

Given a starting point, this will calculate 10 points of 36 degrees each on a circle around the starting point.

Example: 52 13 05N   5 17 19E
Start Lat: Start Long:
Distance (km): ie: 0.1/0.5/1/10 km
Mapsource output:    

Waypoints Waypoints (degrees) Final bearing
